Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
