Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Detroit with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
