Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Forge Energy is an energy provider in Detroit focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
