Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Forge Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
