Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
