Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Lumen West Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
