Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Detroit. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
