Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Logistics is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
