Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright North Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
