Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Oak Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
