Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Bright Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
