Cedar Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
