Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
