Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
