Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
