Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
