Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
