Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
