Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
