Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
