Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

Lumen Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Denver with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 917 people based in Denver. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
