Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts.
