Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
