Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Summit Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
