Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
