Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
