Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
