Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Dallas focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
