Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

Summit Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
