Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Ivory Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
