Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak West Civic Services works with county and city offices around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
