Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
