Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
