Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Basin Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
