Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Partners is a Columbus food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
