Redstone Mill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
