Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Maple Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
