Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Bright Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
