Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Summit Meridian Care Services supports families and individuals in Columbus with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
