Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
