Rivermark Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
