Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
