Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
