Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
