Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Willow Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
