Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
