Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Oak Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
