Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Colorado Springs with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 350 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
