Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate North Medical is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
