Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
